RTPS Bihar Apply Online Method

1. सबसे पहले, serviceonline.bihar.gov.in वेबसाइट पर जाएं।
2. यदि आप नया उपयोगकर्ता हैं, तो “Register Yourself” पर जाएं और एक लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड बनाएं।
3. वेबसाइट के बायां मेनू से संबंधित विभाग की बांधित सेवा पर क्लिक करके लॉगिन करें।
4. बायां मेनू से “Apply for Service” पर क्लिक करें। आवेदन पत्र को ध्यान से भरें, वेबकैम या फ़ाइल ब्राउज़र के माध्यम से अपनी फोटो अपलोड करें, आवश्यक संशोधन करें, और [Save Draft] करें।
5. विशेष सेवा के लिए:
अ. यदि आधार नंबर की मांग हो, तो आवेदक के आधार में पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर OTP भेजकर सत्यापन करें, या
ब. भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा स्वीकृत 12 पहचान पत्रों में से किसी एक को अपलोड करें।
6. अनुलग्नकों (Annexures) को [Attach] करें, यदि सेवा के लिए मांगा गया है।
7. आवेदन पत्र और Annexure List को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें और आवश्यक संशोधन करें।
8. आवेदन को [Submit] करें और अपना पावती (Acknowledgement) डाउनलोड / प्रिंट करें।
9. प्रमाण-पत्र (Certificate) जारी होने के बाद, आपके Inbox में उपलब्ध होगा। आप वेबसाइट पर लॉगिन करके इसे डाउनलोड / प्रिंट कर सकते हैं।

There are following simple steps for downloading of certificates online at RTPS Bihar portal as follows:

1. सबसे पहले, RTPS बिहार की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट serviceonline.bihar.gov.in खोलें।
2. होम पेज के दाएं ओर नागरिक खंड के अंतर्गत “प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड करें” दिए गए लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
3. अगले पेज पर आपको RTPS के डाउनलोड प्रमाण पत्र पृष्ठ पर पुनः निर्देशित किया जाएगा।
4. ड्रॉप डाउन मेनू से “सेवाएं” चुनें, जैसा कि RTPS/अन्य।
5. आवेदन संदर्भ संख्या (उदाहरण: BICCO/2021/0000) और आवेदक का नाम (अंग्रेजी में) दर्ज करें।
6. अंत में, “प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड करें” बटन पर क्लिक करें, ताकि आप RTPS सर्वर 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 और आगे के लिए अपना प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकें।
7. ध्यान दें: कृपया अपने आवेदन के क्रियान्वयन के 24 घंटे बाद ही अपना प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड करें।
