Mukhyamantri Medhavriti Yojana 2024: The candidates who have passed intermediate examination from Bihar School Examination Board in Year 2024 only. (Only SC and ST girl students who are passed with 1st and 2nd class.)

How To Apply Online For Bihar Inter SC & ST Scholarship 2024
- Eligible students will be able to register through ekalyan portal https://medhasoft.bih.nic.in developed by NIC.
- User ID and password will be available on the registered mobile number and email ID of the student after verification of the information entered at the time of registration.
- After receiving the user ID and password, the student will be able to login to the portal again and fill the form.
- Keep in mind that the bank account should be opened in the eligible student’s own name and this account should be operated in any branch of Nationalized Bank, Recognized Private Bank or India Post Payment Bank located in Bihar.
- Eligible students will be able to register themselves for the benefit of the above scheme before closing date.

- It is mandatory for the student to have the Registration Number, Student’s name, Father’s name, Mother’s name,District Name, Total Marks,Roll No,Division,Date of Birth (As per 12th),Aadhaar Details,Gender, Catagory, Mobile No, Alternative Mobile no & Email Id for registration
- This portal is currently open only for INTERSCST(12th) pass out of BSEB 2024.
- Students eligible as per advertisement of INTERSCST 2024 Scholarship of Education Department, Govt. of Bihar need to apply.
- A student will get this scholarship only once.
- Name in Aadhaar should be as per the student name (as per the applicant).
- A unique mobile no. of student or family member can be used for registration, make it active for further alert.
- A unique Email ID of student or family member can be used for registration, make it active for further alert.
- Students can register to the portal by providing details such as Student Name, Father’s Name, Total Obtained Marks, Date of Birth as per 12th, Aadhaar Details, Mobile No. and Email etc.
- After Registration Verification of bank account will be done. After bank verification userid & password will be sent on mobile till the time wait and do not panic. If you don’t get User Id and Password within 10 days than click on get Userid & Password, Check your status or sms (BRGOVT.). If the Userid and Password are not sent to a student within 15 days, do not panic, it will be sent soon after verification.
- Do not share User Id and Password with any other person.
- Ensure that application entry and finalization of application is done in front of you. Any error or mischief committed by Cyber you will be solely responsible.
- After completion of the form final submit the application form on portal and print a copy of the application form for future reference. No Change is permissible after final submission of the form.
