What is Bihar CET B.Ed ?

Government of Bihar every year invites online B.Ed. application form through Nodal University of Bihar for taking admission in two-year B. Ed. course in all university of Bihar through Bihar B. Ed. Combined Entrance Test (CET-BED). There are three modes available for B.Ed. Course as regular mode, distance mode and shiksha shastri. For taking admission in this course you have to qualify entrance test and then opt for online counselling.

Selection Process of Bihar B.Ed Admission 2024

Applicant will be selected on the basis of Bihar B. Ed. Combined Entrance Test (CET-BED) then you will have to fill online counselling registration form and will have to wait for allotment of college.

Bihar BEd Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2024

CET-B.Ed.-2024 shall be of two hours duration. Candidates have to answer 120 multiple-choice questions. Each question shall have four expected answers of which they have to select the most appropriate answer and mark them on the OMR sheet provided along with the Question Booklet. Candidate must use blue/black ball pen only to mark the answer on the OMR sheet.)

The Question Booklet shall have The maximum marks allotted to the Entrance Test is 120. OMR Sheet/Answer Sheet shall be provided for answering the questions.

Minimum Qualifying Marks for Bihar CET B.Ed. 2024

1. For Candidates of Unreserved Category: 35% correspondingly 42 marks
2. For SC, ST, BC, EBC, WBC and Divyaang Category Candidates: 30% correspondingly 36 marks
3. There is no negative marking.

Bihar BEd Entrance Exam 2024 Important Instructions

1. For CET-BED: 2024, the Form is to be filled online. Candidates are requested to go through the instructions given on the website https://www.lnmu.ac.in).
2. For any shortcoming in eligibility, the candidate concerned will solely be responsible, and no plea will be admissible in this regard.
3. Candidates must keep safely with themselves the printed/photocopy of the Online Application Form, Login ID, Registration Number etc. for future reference. These are not to be sent to Lalit Narayan Mithila University or anywhere else.
4. It is essential to upload your front face coloured photograph and signature in 35mm × 45 mm size at the place specified on the Application Form. Photograph and signature files each must be of 20-50 KB size in jpg format.
5. Any lawsuit related to CET-BED: 2024 will lie in Patna High Court Jurisdiction.
6. Candidates will be required to upload a copy of the marks sheet of Matric, Intermediate, graduation and Master(as the case may be) in jpg format at a specified space. They are advised to keep these documents with themselves at the time of filling up the form.
7. As identity proof, candidates will be required to mention their Aadhar Number/ Voter ID Card No./ Driving Licence No./ Passport No. at the time of filling Application Form.
8. While filling up Application form entries in Gender, Domicile and Categeory should be made carefully. After Payment of fee, no change of any short can be made there in.

How To Apply Online For Bihar BEd 2024

1. Register yourself for the online application process on the website https://www.lnmu.ac.in by filling up required entries.
2. After Activation/ Validation, you have to login again through Email ID and Password. Your Email ID is your Login ID for CET-BED 2024.
3. On Login, your Dash Board will appear. Click on “My Application” and complete your Application Form in following sequence:
   
   1. Applicant Detail: Here you have to fill up personal details.
   2. Upload Photo and Signature: Next, you have to upload your photo and signature.
   3. Educational Detail: After that, you have to enter your educational details
   4. Document Upload: Next, you have to upload your educational documents. Along with them upload Caste Certificate, Divyang Certificate, SMQ Certificate whichever is applicable.
   5. Examination Centre: Choose cities for Examination Centre (You can choose three cities).
   6. Preview and Confirm: After choosing your examination centre, your Application Form completes. Preview your Application Form carefully, and edit if there is any error. When you are fully satisfied, then “Confirm”. After clicking on ‘Confirm’ you will not get chance to edit any entry of your Application Form?
4. Proceed to Payment: After “Confirm” you will see link “Proceed to Payment”. Click on it and complete your payment of Application Fee. You can pay through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card.
5. Taking Print out of Application Form: After successful payment, you will get complete detail of your Application Form. Take Print of this Application Form and keep it safe with you for any future reference. Do not sent print out of Application Form to Lalit Narayan Mithila University or anywhere for any kind of further processing.
